Build A Stronger Body For Everyday Life
If you want to improve at running, don’t just do squats and lunges. Go outside and run. If you want to get better at going to the ground and standing back up, don’t do some random exercise. Do exactly that movement. Oftentimes, people are doing exercises to strengthen their body thinking that if their body was stronger, they would be able to do certain everyday movements better. While strengthening our body in general helps with all movements, there is nothing faster in improving your strength in a movement by doing that specific movement itself over and over again.
The same thing is also true for somebody who wants to improve at a certain exercise. People used to ask me, what exercises should I do to increase my strength in bench press? I would tell them, “do more bench press. “

The Reason Why Your Body Hurt

Our bodies get used every day, and if we don't properly recover, then, the next day, our body is more prone to injury. And if the following day, we don't fully recover, then our body increases probability to get i...

Heart openers is a great movement for releasing tension in the chest area, shoulder, upper back along with moving energy throughout the entire body. Tip: stay as calm and relax and feel your body when you were doing this. If you feel any discomfort or pain, either slow it down, limit your range of motion, or stop it all together. Stay as relaxed as you can, and tense only what is needed .

Lymph is too viscous it’s pumped exclusively through muscle action. It’s why walking is great at making you feel good. Vibroplates also do this if you’re pressed for time. I don’t suppose a little tappa tappa is gonna hurt. And checking in with this system is certainly a good thing. Blood has nothing to do with this.

@@alandominguez6346 Ffs. I thought about adding "etc." at the end to make it clear I was referring to "or some else way that is scientifically proven", but thought "nah, people will understand what I mean. Right?" As I alluded. "In the sense of" as in in the sense of blood flow or something different. But key words being "scientifically proven?" Though I phrased myself poorly. Which is my bad. But I wasn't asking specifically about blood flow. But blood flow, or something else that's scientifically proven that stimulation of those areas in that way works.

This! Exactly this! I never understood what the point in going to the gym to do all those workouts is. I mean yeah, you get fit and lean, but as soon as you stop doing those workouts in the gym, you will lose your muscle growth. Especially squats, like... for what? The gym is mostly just for the looks. So he is right. Because it's about being able to move freely. The looking good part comes by itself because the healthier you are, the better you look, the more attractive you get (:

I can say his brain is not very clean , what people might wan't to realise , is that most toxins from food will be from raw vegetables and greens that are so healthy right ? whenever someone mentions toxins , energy (other than calories ) and cleaning inside , you can asume he's talking 💩 , don't overcomplicate health , don't eat proccesed foods and drinks , work-out , and get enough sleep , that is 95 % of everything you can do to make your health better

Well said. What I'm about to say has zero merit because I'm not super fit myself and don't really work out but I've always felt this way about exercise. People are out there doing these odd exercises clearly to build a certain appearance rather than prioritizing actual practical exercises and muscles. Like yeah, you have a big chest but how often are you laying on a flat bench and pushing a bar straight up and down in your day to day life? Probably almost never for most people. And I'm not shaming working out and prioritizing a certain appearance because obviously any amount of exercise is better than none. That's one reason I want to get into bouldering/rock climbing. it's a very fun activity but also a full body workout that ALSO builds a practical skill- climbing. I mean everyone could benefit at least a little from being able to climb things better, right? How useful is it to know how to use a workout machine that has zero day to day real life application? Anyways...
