Build A Stronger Body For Everyday Life
If you want to improve at running, don’t just do squats and lunges. Go outside and run. If you want to get better at going to the ground and standing back up, don’t do some random exercise. Do exactly that movement. Oftentimes, people are doing exercises to strengthen their body thinking that if their body was stronger, they would be able to do certain everyday movements better. While strengthening our body in general helps with all movements, there is nothing faster in improving your strength in a movement by doing that specific movement itself over and over again.
The same thing is also true for somebody who wants to improve at a certain exercise. People used to ask me, what exercises should I do to increase my strength in bench press? I would tell them, “do more bench press. “

The Reason Why Your Body Hurt
Переглядів 14 тис.2 місяці тому
Many people believe that they get injured because they did a wrong movement or they weren't warmed up. Wow, this could happen, the primary causation is coming from a lack of recovery. Our bodies get used every day, and if we don't properly recover, then, the next day, our body is more prone to injury. And if the following day, we don't fully recover, then our body increases probability to get i...
Tense Only What Is Needed

Make sure your workouts is not contributing towards more tightness and tension in your body. Traditional ways of doing strength training, increases tension in your body, which restricts, energy and blood flow. Even though you are benefiting from becoming stronger, you decrease in circulation and range of motion. In my opinion, it is not worth the sacrifice . You must learn how to strengthen you...

How To Do Heart Opener
Переглядів 5 тис.3 місяці тому
Heart openers is a great movement for releasing tension in the chest area, shoulder, upper back along with moving energy throughout the entire body. Tip: stay as calm and relax and feel your body when you were doing this. If you feel any discomfort or pain, either slow it down, limit your range of motion, or stop it all together. Stay as relaxed as you can, and tense only what is needed .

Thank you Mike
You're right, Mike!
This is NOT how you release anger. This is how men die of heart attacks. You know...don't express it...bottle it all up...sounds like a plan.
He's secretly a monkey..
It was difficult to hear the instructions
Guess this the new fitness grift 😮💨

Meditation is essential

Where is that water going??
this was God sent. Thank you Mike!
One of your best functional vids. Liked opening the door while your hands were full with your foot & strike.
This is awesome man.
Dude thank you, saw this in the beginning of the year and have been at it since then
This is genius bro. Ty
Marvelous. I've been sleeping on the ground for years now. I refuse to go back to a bed.
10/10 it's more important to have a clean brain which implies not obsessing on the types of paranoia this dude is promoting
I sleep on thin yoga mat and folded blanket..over a year now.. I over sleep 💤 I do not wake up at all..
Id be hanging my clothes on half of them
Glad to find you again Mike !
I'm curious. Is this scientifically proven? In the sense of increasing blood flow to the area I would imagine.
Lymph is too viscous it’s pumped exclusively through muscle action. It’s why walking is great at making you feel good. Vibroplates also do this if you’re pressed for time. I don’t suppose a little tappa tappa is gonna hurt. And checking in with this system is certainly a good thing. Blood has nothing to do with this.
@@alandominguez6346 Ffs. I thought about adding "etc." at the end to make it clear I was referring to "or some else way that is scientifically proven", but thought "nah, people will understand what I mean. Right?" As I alluded. "In the sense of" as in in the sense of blood flow or something different. But key words being "scientifically proven?" Though I phrased myself poorly. Which is my bad. But I wasn't asking specifically about blood flow. But blood flow, or something else that's scientifically proven that stimulation of those areas in that way works.
This! Exactly this! I never understood what the point in going to the gym to do all those workouts is. I mean yeah, you get fit and lean, but as soon as you stop doing those workouts in the gym, you will lose your muscle growth. Especially squats, like... for what? The gym is mostly just for the looks. So he is right. Because it's about being able to move freely. The looking good part comes by itself because the healthier you are, the better you look, the more attractive you get (:
Sir from today I will definitely start doing these exercises which you recommended us now so sir plz keep guiding us towards our health and longetivity and we will take you to 1 billion
I can say his brain is not very clean , what people might wan't to realise , is that most toxins from food will be from raw vegetables and greens that are so healthy right ? whenever someone mentions toxins , energy (other than calories ) and cleaning inside , you can asume he's talking 💩 , don't overcomplicate health , don't eat proccesed foods and drinks , work-out , and get enough sleep , that is 95 % of everything you can do to make your health better
Awesome. Yes consistency is key! ❤
When you get dirt in your brain you turn to peddling health supplements i guess.
I need this to scare people in the sea
Thank you
❤Beds are the invention of the West and not necessarily for the wellbeing of those who sleep in them. That's very organic way of living.Thank you for sharing.I was to buy a new bed but now i am not so sure.... Would sleeping on the floor help my spine that's not ideal?
man I sleep on the floor when I sleep on a bed the only way I can describe it, when I wake up I fell like dead weight, but on the floor I feel so much better
now im suffering to wrist injury because of burpees. cant goto gym now.
Im a 70 yr old female and i bought myself a new bed. Unfortunately i kept waking up with backache every morning. For the last month i have slept on the floor(without telling anyone, otherwise they will think ive lost my marbles), and guess what?? NO BACKACHE! I had bought a firm mattress too, so i dont know what was going on.
As a therapist, I’m not sure this is accurate, and trauma needs to be released slowly, or better yet, according to what your nervous system can handle. If you remove it faster than your nervous system can handle, you can get worse.
" I am not sure "
True 😂
Should I try these moves right before the sauna? Loosen it up then eject in sauna..
Excellent advise
How long before it kicks in ?
Hallo from Switzerland I am Regina Your training is so great thank you so much😍
Thank you!🌸
I sleep on hard floor.
Accept Jesus :)
your arc has been amazing
Well said. What I'm about to say has zero merit because I'm not super fit myself and don't really work out but I've always felt this way about exercise. People are out there doing these odd exercises clearly to build a certain appearance rather than prioritizing actual practical exercises and muscles. Like yeah, you have a big chest but how often are you laying on a flat bench and pushing a bar straight up and down in your day to day life? Probably almost never for most people. And I'm not shaming working out and prioritizing a certain appearance because obviously any amount of exercise is better than none. That's one reason I want to get into bouldering/rock climbing. it's a very fun activity but also a full body workout that ALSO builds a practical skill- climbing. I mean everyone could benefit at least a little from being able to climb things better, right? How useful is it to know how to use a workout machine that has zero day to day real life application? Anyways...
How many times a day do you have to climb things???
Anytime he goes bouldering because as he said he does it for fun.
@@CarlosSantana-we6ts i like being outdoors and hiking and doing fun stuff so quite often i suppose. either way it’s more practical than pushing a bar straight up and down lol. and in general it gives you better balance and hand eye coordination as well
Agreed. But do you never do those “modern fitness lifts” once in a while? There has to be some benefit to it?
This is chi kung! Kudos
I started crying at the end. Thanks Mike , the message is flowing from every angle in my life Heal my body and meditate is the exact message . I'm not a beginner at those , it's just that I forgot how good it's feels to be in the right frequency. Now it's time to go back to square one and start again Thanks for the reminder. I'll learn tap massage and incorporate into my routine
